Andolite Limited has been in operation for over twenty years manufacturing products for the installation of lighting and sound systems in entertainment venues.
The company manufactures a range of standard and custom products which include wired lighting bars and grids, patching panels, sockets boxes, 19 inch rack cabinets and outlet modules, power distribution panels and other installation accessories.

The aim of the company is to provide installers with cost effective, robust well manufactured products which they need to create good quality flexible systems.

All Andolite wired products are manufactured and tested in accordance with EN 60439-1 and CE marked under the Low Voltage Directive.

Making A Purchase

A lot of the products we manufacture are bespoke and therefore prices are supplied on application. Some of the products you will see here are listed for quoting purposes only and yoru online "order " will be treated as a request for a quotation. Please get in contact with us to discuss your next project.

Jan 2023 is the launch of our online store which will grow over the next few months.

We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and MasterCard but prefer BACS.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct this for you.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

For small items we use DPD or Parcelforce and specialist carriers for our lighting bars, grids and more bulky items. All these larger consignments are quoted for prior to dispatch.

Delivery Schedule

All in stock, off the shelf items are dispatched same or next day following your order. All other items are made to order and will let you know as accurately as possible what the dispatch date will be.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will contact you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.For off the shelf items.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days and return the goods within a further 14 days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 7 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

All custom or made to order items cannot be returned unless it is found there is a manufacturer error or defect.
